LynOaken Farms, a farming establishment with a rich history spanning more than a century, operates an open year-round gift shop and bakery. The establishment prides itself on offering a delectable array of freshly baked goods, including pies, cookies, brownies, and scones. In addition, the gift shop boasts a diverse selection of baking mixes, jams and jellies, canned goods, arts and crafts, and, of course, an assortment of apples. During the fall season, visitors have the opportunity to partake in the u-pick experience. Notably, Leonard Oakes Estate Winery can also be found on the premises.
“The apple growing tradition of the Oakes family and LynOaken Farms dates back to 1919 when our grandfather purchased land in rural Orleans County in Western New York State to grow the best apples possible. Growing up, our parents and grandparents taught us to learn from the past to build on our future. This principle guides us in every aspect of our orchard operations and has helped us continue to grow apples recognized as world-class in quality.”
