These displays feature large reflective orbs and mirrors and explore how reflections of our own world can cause us to view familiar objects and shapes in entirely new ways. We hope the experience of stepping into a conservatory full of new dimensions is as exhilarating to our visitors as it is for our team. \nOur mirrored displays offer never before seen angles of our spaces. This opportunity to see our gardens from a brand new perspective is one you wont’ want to miss. Experience this exhibit daily during our Poinsettia Exhibit. The beautiful world of flowers is sure to enchant you this holiday season.  \nThis year the Poinsettia Exhibit will not feature a train display by the Western New York Garden Railway Society. As we reimagine our living museum\, our exhibits and plan for our future expansion\, we want to be able to bring a garden railway display to our visitors that is full of wonder and enhances our mission of deepening the connection between people and plants. We hope to bring this popular display back in future years in a new and exciting way.

DESCRIPTION:INERTIA W/ WASTED SPACE\, SULLY & PALE HELL\nInertia – The Human Element – Album Release Party takes place at Buffalo Iron Works on Friday January 12th\, 2024! \nSpecial Guests Wasted Space\, Sully & Pale Hell will join. \nInertia \nArt should have few\, if any\, constraints. This is the mantra carried by WNY metal veterans\, Inertia. \nBeginning initially as a 3 piece in 2014\, Inertia classifies themselves as “experimental technical death metal.” Having played together during the metal wave of the 2010s in Calamity from the Skies\, Kahlil Sarikey\, Doug Griffith Jr\, and Steve McIntosh are no strangers to the Buffalo heavy music scene. In 2019\, they brought in Gus Brand to round out the rhythm section; previously known for his work with local underground heros- Ishkabbible. \nDrawing from a vast array of influences\, ranging from Beneath the Massacre and Les Claypool to Explosions in the Sky and Oingo Boingo\, they mix gratuitous heaviness with thoughtful melodies. Above all else their goal is simply to have fun and make the music they want to play and hear\, which they convey with their face melting live performances. \nLate 2023 sees the release of their 3rd musical piece- The Human Element. Having spread their tentacles across the northeast\, Inertia will continue to stretch even farther.
