SUMMARY:Summer Teen Theatre Ensemble
DESCRIPTION:The Summer Teen Theatre Ensemble\, presented by Alleyway Theatre in Buffalo\, NY\, is a dynamic two-week program designed for aspiring young artists aged 11–17. Kicking off on July 7\, 2025\, this intensive workshop runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM\, culminating in a final performance on July 18 at 7:00 PM on the Alleyway Mainstage. Under the guidance of seasoned playwrights and educators Jon Elston and Bella Poynton\, participants will engage in a collaborative process to create and perform an original play\, exploring various aspects of theatre-making\, including writing\, acting\, and directing. \nThis program offers a unique opportunity for teens to immerse themselves in the world of theatre\, fostering creativity and teamwork. Whether you’re passionate about improvisation\, storytelling\, or stage performance\, the Summer Teen Theatre Ensemble provides a supportive environment to develop your skills and connect with like-minded peers. The $550 fee includes all sessions and the final performance\, with a $150 deposit required to secure your spot.
