DESCRIPTION:Textile Curiosities\nStep into a world where art and nature converge in a display of faux-taxidermy moth and butterfly sculptures. Aleah Ford\, known as “Moth On The Wall\,” invites you to experience the enchanting realm of these ephemeral creatures through her meticulously crafted works. In this exhibition\, Aleah’s sculptures come to life using textiles\, wire\, faux fur\, clay\, and flocking. The sculptures are presented within shadow boxes\, reminiscent of Victorian curiosity cabinets\, inviting viewers to step back in time to an era of exploration and discovery. Each box offers a glimpse into the fascinating world of the Lepidoptera.

DESCRIPTION:Cosplay Photo Night\n\nOctober 27\, 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm\nCost: $30\n\nCalling all Cosplayers and Photographers! We welcome you to an evening where cosplayers and photographers join forces to create some magic inside our lush Botanical Gardens. Dress to impress and bring your most creative ideas and photographers and use our beautiful conservatory as your canvas. The event will take place from 4pm to 9pm and will give you opportunity for both daytime photos and evening photos with special lighting effects. Our newest exhibit\, Mutation Invasion: Flesh-eating Flora will make for an even more interesting backdrop filled with carnivorous plants and mutated plant sculptures. Food and beverage from the Grazeful Gatherer and the Buffalo Bubble Bar will be available for purchase. Guests are encouraged to explore the conservatory in between photoshoots\, connect and socialize\, and enjoy the food and beverages. \nGuidelines and Photography Policy:\n\nCostume changes are permitted\, but must be done so in the restrooms.\nSmall props are permitted but must remain with you and your party at all times.\nTripods are permitted during this special night only.\nBe mindful of you and the guests around you. Pathways must remain clear and open and all spaces must be shared.\nPets are not permitted.\nFurniture and large props are not permitted.\nWe do not allow drone photography inside.\nThe Botanical Gardens’ plants\, arrangements\, exhibits\, benches\, chairs\, tables\, signage etc. are not to be moved\, walked on\, or disturbed in any way. Any destruction will be at the cost of the guest.\nWe reserve the right to ask anyone who appears to be intoxicated to leave without a refund.\nSome exhibits or special events may be taking place on the day of your reservation; therefore\, some rooms may be unavailable or altered.
