Operated entirely by volunteers and supported through generous donations, the museum thrives under the guidance of an 11-member elected board, including a president, vice president, treasurer, and secretary. With no paid staff, every aspect of the museum is a labor of dedication and community commitment.

The museum’s mission is to collect, preserve, and showcase firefighting artifacts and information, providing visitors with a deeper appreciation of the profession’s rich history and its critical role in safeguarding lives.
