#OnThisDay In 1916, The Bijou Dream Theatre on Main Street closes. The Bijou was a one screen, 300-seat theater with an unique and eclectic design.

The legacy of the Bijou Dream lives on in Buffalo’s theater district through the restaurant that holds it’s namesake, The Bijou Grille!
