#OnThisDay In 1991, Punk legends Bad Brains plays at the Pink Flamingo Bar & Grill on Main St, more commonly known by its nickname “The New Pink”. The brief sister bar to Allentown’s former Old Pink doubled as a venue, hosting mainly punk bands. The venue only lasted a few years, closing around 1991-92.
