The Red Standing Buffalo had served as the logo from 1962-1973, with the Blue Charging Buffalo signifying our intensity and vehemence that would come to reflect the team and their fans. Legendary Buffalo Bills announcer Van Miller had instantly claimed it was “a winner”.
