#OnThisDay In 1929, All-High Stadium, also know as Robert E. Rich Stadium, was dedicated. The stadium was modeled and built with inspiration from European Soccer stadiums, with one sloping on grandstand with one long roof/awning over top of those bleachers, with one on each side.
The marvelous stadium was used in certain scenes to mimic the old school stadium for the film The Natural. The stadium istill stands today behind Bennett High School on Main Street!
