#OnThisDay In 1958, the very first Allentown Art Festival takes place. Known as “The Buffalo Art Festival” intially, the festival drew 20,000 people in the two days it was taking place. Due to the success of the first one, they continued to throw them, expanding each year. Now, the Allentown Art Festival is now an indelible staple of Buffalo’s cultural history.
