About Chef Linh

Chef Linh is a classically trained chef with degrees in Culinary Arts and Restaurant and Hospitality Management from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.

After receiving their degree, Chef Linh had the privilege to continue their fine dining training at the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel under Executive Chef Christian Rassinoux. One of the highlights of their time there was working with culinary icon, Chef Paul Bocuse.

Upon returning to San Francisco, Chef Linh had the opportunity to work with Maria Helm-Sinskey, Food and Wine’s Best New Chef at Plumpjack Cafe. They were influenced by Alice Waters and all the gourmet flavors that were flourishing at the turn of the millennium.

Chef Linh worked as a personal chef in San Francisco and is excited to offer their services in Western New York.

When asked if they have a specialty, Chef Linh proudly confirms that they do. Specializing in global cuisine, Chef Linh prepares meals from many regions around the world, including American Regional specialties. They cook what clients want!

Some clients choose the meals they prepare, while others prefer to let Chef Linh select the menu. As the relationship develops, many clients enjoy letting them choose the menu, freeing them from thinking about the food except for enjoying it.
