Quaint, hidden gem of Buffalo’s West Side, Autark Brewhouse has established themselves as a staple of the community in the short time they have been operating. Tucked away in a former mechanic shop on Auburn Ave., Autark Brewhouse is something you could walk by daily and not realize it’s a microbrewery.
In Newell Nussbaumer’s article talking about Sentient Brewing, he metioned that the owner of Autark wanted the microbrewery to grow naturally. It’s clear that it had organically blossomed and was received by the community extremely well.
