Love-In-Bloom Wedding Showcase

East Aurora, NY—The Friends of Knox Farm State Park will be hosting the first annual Love-InBloom Wedding Showcase on Sunday, May 18, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the historic Mansion at Knox Farm in East Aurora, NY. The spring celebration will feature wedding and event vendors from throughout the Western New York region to provide guests with tips, resources, and special offers for planning a memorable wedding.

The Love-In-Bloom Wedding Showcase will be providing one lucky couple a complimentary venue rental for a wedding at Knox Farm in July 2026 as its Grand Prize drawing. Presenting Sponsor Christopher Welch—a local Realtor with Gurney, Becker & Bourne—is generously donating the Grand Prize.

“The Mansion at Knox Farm is the quintessential location for a beautiful and unforgettable wedding,” said Welch. “It is my pleasure to offer this exceptional opportunity for one lucky couple to win the venue rental, while also supporting the mission of the Friends of Knox Farm to preserve the park for all of us to use and enjoy.”

The Wedding Showcase will include access to a wide range of regional wedding and event vendors inside and outside the mansion and guest house, in addition to special offers, giveaways, a wedding fashion show, live music, and food and beverage samples.

The Friends’ Executive Director Kathleen York noted, “The Wedding Showcase will give attendees a rare glimpse of what makes a wedding at The Mansion at Knox Farm so special. Couples celebrating at alternate venues will also benefit from a carefully curated roster of local vendors who will share tips and offers for their celebration. We’re so proud to present our breathtaking venue to the community and to highlight the extraordinary amount of work and resources that have contributed to the restoration and care of the mansion, guest house, and surrounding gardens.”

Tickets to the Friends’ Love-In-Bloom Wedding Showcase are available online for $10 each through April 15, and $15 from April 16 – May 18. Free parking will be provided at Moog, Inc., 7021 Seneca St. with a free, continuous shuttle from 8:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Please join us in supporting Knox Farm and see why it was voted the Best Outdoor Wedding Venue in WNY!*

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Friends of Knox Farm State Park Garden Club for extensive garden and landscape initiatives around the mansion. The Friends’ Garden Club is comprised of 25 local volunteers who put in more than 800 hours of free labor last year alone, ensuring that the property is a beautiful and welcoming space for each of our guests and the 625,000+ visitors who come to the park.

Please note, this will be a ticketed event in a designated area of the park for individuals ages 21 years or older. Pets are not permitted inside the event area, mansion or guest house; and the second floor of the mansion is not wheelchair accessible.
