About Joe Siragusa
A native New Yorker raised in Watertown, Joe comes from a family with roots that trace back to Sicily, where his paternal great-grandparents settled in the early 20th century after arriving in America.
His career in radio broadcasting began while attending SUNY Plattsburgh and has spanned over 30 years across various cities nationwide. Since 2001, he has been based in Buffalo, New York.
Outside of radio, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and pets, traveling, cooking, reading, designing websites, following Yankees baseball, and exploring his family history. This personal project has been a valuable connection to the past and a profound learning experience. He has been fortunate to meet several fascinating individuals who have generously shared their knowledge, enriching the project with their insights, for which he is deeply grateful.
