Jon Cohen

Jonny C’s NY Deli is the brainchild of Jon Cohen, a New York City native with decades of experience in the foodservice industry. Born in Queens, Jon has been passionate about hospitality since earning his degree in the field from Florida International University. After running successful businesses in Long Island, Jon moved to Buffalo 18 years ago, where he continued to expand his expertise.

Jon’s current ventures include Jonny C’s, Pie O Mine and Greens, and Dande Farms Golf Course, but his passion for authentic deli fare shines brightest at Jonny C’s. With a focus on quality food and a welcoming atmosphere, Jon has brought a slice of his NYC roots to East Amherst.

Darcy Dembowski

Darcy Dembowski’s rise to co-ownership is a story of dedication and hard work. A Western New York native, Darcy fell in love with the foodservice industry during his early days at Brookfield Country Club. He joined Jonny C’s in 2008, quickly proving himself as a valuable member of the team. Under Jon’s mentorship, Darcy climbed the ranks from employee to manager, and in 2017, he became Jon’s business partner.

With his warm personality and commitment to customer satisfaction, Darcy takes immense pride in making every guest feel at home. Jonny C’s is more than a business to Darcy—it’s a place where good food and great memories are made.
