#OnThisDay In 1976, Journey performs at New Century Theatre. The New Century, previously just Century, was a movie theater turned concert venue that was built in 1921 at 511 Main Street. Unfortunately, the Theatre was demolished after advice from inspectors, following a Lynyrd Skynyrd concert where the balcony began swaying.
