About Hertel Park Youth Baseball & Softball League

Hertel North Park Youth Baseball offers a community-focused program designed to help kids learn and grow through the game. Starting with Tee Ball for beginners, the league introduces the basics in a fun, supportive environment before advancing players into coach-pitch and player-pitch divisions. Each level is tailored to match the age and abilities of the athletes, ensuring steady skill development while promoting teamwork, confidence, and a love for baseball.

The North Buffalo Wildcats travel softball program offers competitive opportunities for girls ages 8U–17/25U. Tryouts are held in early August at Shoshone Park, with selected players participating in house and travel leagues. Fees cover uniforms, umpire costs, and tournament entries, with teams competing in multiple tournaments each season.

The North Buffalo Blaze & Knights travel baseball program offers young athletes ages 9s– 15s the chance to compete at a higher level. Tryouts are held each early August at Shoshone Park, and those selected join both house and travel league play. Program fees cover uniforms, umpire costs, and tournament registration, with teams taking part in multiple tournaments over the course of the season.
