#OnThisDay In 1948, the hottest day ever is recorded in Buffalo. The day prior had broken the record with the temperature reaching 99 degrees fahrenheit. The heat did not dissipate and carried onto the next day. Buffalo has yet to crack 100 degrees fahrenheit. (Let’s keep it that way!)
